We begin with a one-on-one consultation call via Zoom to assess your current fitness levels, discuss your current/past injuries and learn about your aspirations, ensuring a program that aligns perfectly with your lifestyle.
Coach Stacy will use this important information to design the workouts and to give modifications for any restrictions you might have.

Coach Stacy is your personal fitness partner! Your goals are her goals! She will provide continuous support and motivation, helping you stay on track and celebrate your progress every step of the way.
You will receive weekly check-ins with Coach Stacy every week to find out how your week has gone. Celebrating your successes and developing a plan for any struggles you may be experiencing.
If you ever need some extra support, Coach Stacy wants to hear from you! At no extra charge, she will join you on zoom, phone call or text. You are not alone! Coach Stacy is here to help you! She is cheering for you every step of the way!

All classes are recorded and posted for you to replay on a day/time that works best for YOUR schedule.
In addition, 6 month and 12 month members will also receive a Youtube library of ALL classes so favorite classes can be replayed easily and as many times as desired!

Is this program for ALL FITNESS LEVELS?
ABSOLUTELY! THIS PROGRAM IS FOR ALL LEVELS. AND VERY PERSONAL AND INTERACTIVE!
During your private zoom call with your personal trainer, you can share with Coach Stacy any restrictions you may have and any special needs you may require.
You can also discuss any concerns you may have if you are new to strength training or if you are just getting back to exercising.
Coach Stacy is also available via messaging and/or zoom meeting if you need some additional assistance.
Together, you and Coach Stacy will come up with the appropriate plan to help you stay strong, confident and vibrant as you age while focusing on your safety and well-being!
